| John Isaac photographs the disaster left behind in Japan |
John Isaac has been traveling in Asia where
he’s spent several weeks in Japan working with JIB TV and Olympus on a
documentary on the earthquake and resulting tsunami. The documentary,
entitled
“Portraits of Courage,” is set to air on September 9
th
and will feature footage from the seven days he spent at Rikuzentakata,
in Iwate Prefecture, documenting and interviewing the
people who were most affected by the devastation. John is also making a
stop in Singapore where he is preparing for a major exhibition of his
work next year.
John Isaac just finished a riveting documentary on the earthquake
and tsunami in Japan; Jay Kinghorn put the new PEN E-P3 through its paces in his own unique way, the Photos below are some he took while in Japan exploring the disaster
